Better quality than I expected

I did not know that numbered drill bits existed, I thought they only came in mm or inches. This No. 31 is between a 1/8" bit & a 7/64". This bit is .120. It works as I intended & is sharp. I would not hesitate to recommend for off sized holes.

Exactly the size I needed to later tap a threaded hole for a 1/4-20 bolt.

Correct drill bit for 6-48 tap.

Quality name brand drill bits . I was expecting good quality jobber quality bits . What I received were actually the much more functional split-point bits that make faster drilling with less drilling effort . I was always sold on Century Drill products ... but I am even more sold now on their products !

Great drill bit. I had to drill out a broken out self tapping screw, accomplished the job very quickly. Seemed to be a very sharp bit. Highly recommend Century drill bits.

I purchased this bit to drill an enlarged hole into a front sight for a handgun. It worked flawlessly. I installed the bit on my drill press and it made short work of placing a precise, clean LARGER hole into a front sight made of hardened steel. I drilled into the sight with a smaller bit, then drilled a larger hole with this bit. I would order this again. I AM THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS.
