No Hassle Returns
At Shop Century Tools, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging
- All accessories and components must be included
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
- If your order originally shipped with free freight, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- You may return your order using any carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend selecting a service with tracking and insurance, as you are responsible for the shipment until it arrives at our facility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
If You Have Not Received Your Refund
If your refund has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please use our Contact Us form. One of our agents will contact you within 1 business day.
Returns After 30 Days
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- Manufacturer defects are covered for the lifetime of the product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or appears defective, please include the following in your RMA request:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of:
- The product
- The damage or defect
- The packaging
This information helps us quickly verify the issue and resolve it.
Replacement Option
Yes — you may exchange a damaged or defective item for a replacement.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at century@centurydrill.com.
If your order has already shipped or is out for delivery, it is ineligible for cancellation.
If you choose to cancel after the order has shipped, you may refuse the shipment upon delivery. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from Century Drill.
