When creating or using an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or sublicensed.

2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

All product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability are provided for general informational purposes. Product appearance, packaging, or specifications may vary due to manufacturing changes, supply limitations, or display settings.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

3. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE, AND REFUSAL

All orders constitute an offer to purchase. No order is binding until accepted and confirmed by Shop Century Tools.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to:

  • Decline service to any individual or entity

We are not obligated to honor pricing or listing errors. If an order is canceled, your sole remedy is a refund of the amount paid.

4. PRICING, PAYMENT, AND AUTHORIZATION

You authorize Shop Century Tools to charge your chosen payment method for all approved transactions, including applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and fees. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information provided is accurate.

Failure of payment authorization may result in cancellation or suspension of Services.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

Shipping dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, supply disruptions, weather, labor issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference. No refunds or exchanges will be provided outside that policy.

7. CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD PREVENTION

You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and referral to collections.

We reserve the right to report suspected fraud and cooperate with law enforcement and payment processors.

8. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All materials on the Services — including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, designs, and software — are owned or licensed by Shop Century Tools and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Shop Century Tools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shop Century Tools and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

21. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Century Drill & Tool LLC is headquartered, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Venue shall lie exclusively in that jurisdiction.

22. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
